Celebrate Jim Bailey birthday with cake! No better way to celebrate than with homemade carrot cake with cream cheese frosting! YUM! Jim started with UCC in 2018, he was a safety director and then moved to Splicing Supervisor in 2020! He also works with the Alma Fire Department and enjoys spending time with his family.
