Welcome to the 2025 Annual Safety Foreman Meeting. This year’s meeting was held at Firekeepers Casino located in Battle Creek, MI.
Here are the lucky winner’s of our Safety Incentive Program for the 2024 Construction Season. This year we gave away a total of $22,000 to 6 lucky winner’s: Congratulations to Mark, Jim, Brandon, Mike, Jason and Kirk! The Foreman and their crew were safe all year, they made sure that everyone went home safe and injury free to their families! You are all fine examples of what a leader can do to support & educate his team.
Our safety incentive program has quarterly giveaways of safety gear, different company merchandise and other fun items. These incentives are earned by having clean site inspections, completing tool box talks and being incident free. Foreman receive entries for completing all aspects of the program, the more you complete and achieve the more entries you receive for the big drawing and the winners are drawn during the Annual Foreman’s Meeting.

Thank you all for making the 2025 Annual Foreman’s Meeting a success as we enjoyed celebrating with all of the foreman and applaud their efforts to stay safe in the 2024 construction season.
We are very thankful to be able to celebrate as a team and join together in some fun.
Not everyone may have went home a winner, but we all went home a winner in safety!
Looking forward to a safe 2025 Construction season as we have ALOT of work lined up ahead of us but we always welcome the challenge!
